Our Story
At Aloha Poke Co. our mission is to rethink fast food for the future, by providing delicious, beautifully healthy meals to fuel your day-to-day. We are dedicated to providing fast, fresh-packed and tasty bowls filled with sushi-grade fish and Hawaiian-inspired raw ingredients. The first Aloha Poke Co. location was a tiny, humble food stall in a Chicago train station. Now, we are spreading our wings from coast to coast!

Our Ahi Tuna are long line caught in the Pacific Ocean using sustainable practices. From the fishing line to your bowl, every slice of Yellowfin served can be tracked through traceability innovation programs.
Our Atlantic Salmon are farm raised in one of the most optimal & sustainable ecosystems, the cold coasts of southern Chile. These clean, glacier-fed waters ensure that the salmon maintain their naturally high fat & oil content.. without added antibiotics.
